Obtained from the cold pressing of Sinis – Montiferru olives picked halfway through the ripening period.

Delicately fruity and herbaceous with a slight hint of almonds. This oil has the color of straw and is suitable for all palates and ideal for cooking.



Territory and tradition – with this oil we wanted to pay tribute to the olive that more than any other characterizes the territory of the Campidano area of Oristano. Unmistakable, with its slightly asymmetrical ovoid shape, the name Semidana reminds many of us of a fruity and slightly bitter oil which is the fruit of the work and patience of our grandparents.
